报告题目：Finite groups with square-free order elements and restricted derived subgroups

报告摘要：Let $G$ be a finite group such that every element of $G$ has square-free order. We investigate the structure of $G$ under the additional assumption that the derived subgroup $G'$ has square-free or cube-free order. If $|G'|$ is square-free, then $G'$ is cyclic of odd square-free order; moreover, its noncentral part controls a nilpotent quotient of $G$. For cube-free derived subgroups, we first determine the possible nonabelian simple sections. In the nonsolvable case, the simple subgroup $ \operatorname{PSL}2(r)$ is a direct factor of $G$. In the solvable case, we prove that if $G'\not=O^{2}(G)$, then $G/{O_{2'}(G')}\cong A_4\times B$, where $B$ is abelian of square-free exponent.

乔守红，广东工业大学William威廉英国官网教授，博士生导师，入选“广东省高等学校优秀青年教师培养计划”。研究方向为有限群理论及其应用，在Journal of Algebra、Journal of Pure and Applied Algebra、Science China Mathematics以及Discrete Mathematics等期刊上发表学术论文40余篇，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目及博士后特别资助等项目。
