报告题目:On $s$-arc-transitive inner-automorphic Cayley graphs

报告摘要:A Cayley graph $\mathrm{Cay}(G,S)$ of a group $G$ is called inner-automorphic if $S$ is a union of conjugacy classes of $G$.Many graph-theoretic invariantssuch as eigenvalues, diameter, and expansion propertiescan be derived from the character table of $G$.In this talk, I will introduce some results on $s$-arc-transitivity of inner-automorphic Cayley graphs.We prove that a connected inner-automorphic Cayley graph is $3$-arc-transitive if and only if it is isomorphic to a cycle or a balanced complete bipartite graph, thereby answering a 2020 question of Pan.We also classify $2$-arc-transitive inner-automorphic Cayley graphs of diameter at most $2$.In addition, we construct an infinite family of $2$-arc-transitive inner-automorphic Cayley graphs of diameter $4$ and valency $p^2$ of nonabelian groups having order $2p^3$, where $p$ is an odd prime.Furthermore, we investigate $2$-distance-transitive inner-automorphic Cayley graphs of nonabelian simple groups, and show that no such graphs exist for alternating groups, sporadic simple groups, or projective special linear groups.Joint work with Jun-Jie Huang, Yan-Quan Feng and Young Soo Kwon.


报告人简介

尹富纲,2022年博士毕业于北京交通大学,导师冯衍全教授,现工作于北京交通大学,高聘副教授。主要从事群与图方面的研究,研究兴趣主要有s-弧传递图和凯莱图。发表论文近30篇,一些成果发表在\ Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., JCTA/B, J. Algebra, J. Graph Theory等期刊。主持一项国家自然科学基金-青年基金项目。
